SATI’s production includes traditional filters and self-cleaning filters, covering the entire range of common filtration, with separation degree from 2,000 down to 1 micron.
SATI’s automatic filters use multiple technologies to regenerate filter elements by removing suspended solids found in the fluids to be filtered. The elements that make up these technologies are: dynamic cleaning system with brushes (scraping principle); dynamic cleaning system with pressurized jets (principle of water-blade beams); and dynamic cleaning system with patented flexible skids and suction nozzles (principle of Venturi with backwash effect). The new automatic filters with dynamic cleaning systems have also undergone further improvement with new flushing fluid discharge systems (covered by SATI patent application 2022), which have reduced energy and material consumption so as to achieve maximum performance efficiency and energy saving.
SATI’s semi-automatic filters are used when automation is not required or planned. The operator will carry out the operations to regenerate the filter element through a crank handle. The technologies used are: dynamic cleaning system with brushes (scraping principle) and dynamic cleaning system with patented flexible pads (Venturi principle with backwash effect). The development of the new flushing fluid discharge systems (covered by SATI patent application 2022), have reduced energy and material consumption, so as to achieve maximum performance efficiency and
energy saving.
SATI’s manual filters are designed and manufactured to make removal and cleaning of filter elements easier and faster. Maintenance to be done on the baskets, cartridges and filter bags are easy and simple to operate. Manual filters are also supplied in “Duplex” systems so as to ensure continuity of the flow of filtered liquids even during maintenance phases due to clogging of the filter elements.
